    AI transparency

How LingoXR uses artificial intelligence, and how we label what it produces.

    Where we use AI

AI systems produce our translations, grammar and inflection analysis, roleplay conversations, exam exercises and feedback, spoken audio, image recognition in AR practice, and the informational learning guides.

    When you talk to AI

Every conversational feature, including roleplay personas and speaking feedback, is an AI system. No LingoXR feature connects you to a human being in real time. Human mentor sessions are booked separately and are always with a real person.

    Marking and detection

AI-generated audio, images and text carry the machine-readable marks applied by the AI providers we use, so the content can be detected as artificially generated. We do not remove, weaken or alter those marks.

    Human review

Our informational guides about Finnish society, working life, the cost of living and the YKI exams are generated by AI and are not reviewed by a human editor before publication. They are labelled as AI-generated wherever they appear.

    Limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, immigration or official examination decisions. Always confirm important facts with the responsible authority.

    Report an error

If you find something inaccurate or misleading, send us feedback from any page and we will correct or remove it.

    Legal basis

These disclosures implement the transparency obligations in Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), applicable from 2 August 2026, and follow the labelling guidance in the EU Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-generated Content.
